Job Description – .NET Backend Engineer

Title: .NET Developer

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (Hybrid)

Experience: 5–10 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled .NET Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices for enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in .NET Core, distributed systems, API development, and database design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend applications using .NET Core.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Develop high-performance, secure, and reliable backend solutions.
• Work on distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Optimize application performance and database queries.
• Collaborate with Architects, DevOps, QA, and Product teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+
• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture
• Strong understanding of REST APIs
• Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of Distributed Systems
• Experience with Multithreading and Concurrency
• Hands-on experience with Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus)
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns and SOLID Principles
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines

Good to Have Skills

• Docker & Kubernetes
• Azure or AWS Cloud Services
• Event-Driven Architecture
• gRPC
• Redis Caching
• MQTT Protocol
• IoT Platform Experience
• ElasticSearch
• Monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, App Insights

• Experience building high-throughput, scalable backend systems.
• Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Payments, or IoT domains.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education

• BE / B.Tech / MCA / Equivalent Degree
