Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled C#/.NET Developer with strong expertise in IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and VXML (VoiceXML) technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications and voice solutions. Candidates should have hands-on experience in .NET development, IVR platforms, and integrating voice applications with backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and ASP.NET.
• Develop and support IVR applications using VXML/VoiceXML.
• Integrate IVR solutions with enterprise applications, databases, web services, and APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Participate in application performance tuning and optimization.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.
• Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Required Skills

• 6–14 years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 6+, and ASP.NET.
• Hands-on experience with IVR development and VXML (VoiceXML).
• Experience with voice platforms such as Genesys, Nuance, Avaya, Cisco CVP, or similar.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Web Services, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL Server and database development.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end integration.
• Experience with source control systems such as Git/Azure DevOps.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with speech recognition and conversational AI solutions.
• Exposure to contact center technologies and telecom domain.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
