Job description

Looking for an experienced .NET Developer with 37 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and APIs using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise, solid database skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#,ASP.NETCore, and .NET Framework
• Build and consume RESTful APIs for web and system integrations
• Develop scalable and secure backend components following best practices
• Work with SQL Server for database design, queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams for smooth delivery
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
• Maintain clean code using Git and follow coding standards
• Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, code reviews, and daily standups
• Support deployment activities and production releases

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of professional experience in .NET development
• Strong expertise in C#,ASP.NETCore, MVC, Web API
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, and indexing
• Strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns
• Experience with RESTful services and JSON/XML
• Familiarity with Entity Framework / EF Core
• Experience with Git and branching workflows
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for frontend integration
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with Angular / React / Blazor
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure DevOps
• Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, SQL Azure)
• Understanding of performance optimization and secure coding practices
