Compensation & Benefits
- CTC Range: 20 LPA 35 LPA (Fixed Compensation + Bonus + Insurance)
- Final compensation will be aligned with the candidate's current base salary and experience

- 5 to 10 years of relevant software development experience
- Candidates with 8+ years may be considered for the higher end of the range

Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable solutions, write high-quality code, perform unit testing, and deliver complete technical documentation
- Translate business requirements into detailed design specifications and production-ready solutions
- Anticipate customer needs and propose innovative, scalable architectural improvements
- Mentor and coach developers on best coding practices and design principles
- Address product defects and re-architect components to improve performance and scalability
- Provide technical leadership in new product development and stay updated with emerging technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 510 years of hands-on experience in software development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams
- Proven ability to design robust product architecture and deliver scalable solutions
- Quick learner with exposure to emerging technologies and modern development practices
- Strong problem-solving and coding skills (Product-based company experience preferred)
