Job Profile
Senior full-stack developer responsible for building, enhancing, and optimizing healthcare web applications, APIs, and integration services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable applications using .NET Core MVC / .NET API , PHP.
- Work on modules for claims, provider/member portals, enrollment, billing, and configuration engines.
- Integrate with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, FHIR, and EDI-based APIs.
- Optimize performance of complex SQL queries and backend functions.
- Participate in release planning, code reviews, and sprint execution.
- Ensure secure coding practices aligned with HIPAA and SOC2.
Required Skills
- 4-7 years in PHP or .NET application development
- Strong in REST APIs, MVC, ORM frameworks, micro services concepts
- Proficient in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MS SQL)
- Knowledge of healthcare domain is a strong plus
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines
