Job Description

An Ideal Candidate:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6-11 years of experience in .NET development.
  • Skills: Proficiency in .NET (5+ year's experience), React (4+ year's experience). Strong understanding of Web API, SQL, MVC, and .NET Core.
  • Mandatory: Excellent stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Key Competencies:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications by leveraging modern technologies such as .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, React, Web API, and SQL Server. Focus on writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices and design patterns.
  • Build scalable, secure, and performance-driven solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components, optimizing responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps, to define requirements, plan sprints, and deliver impactful software solutions. Embrace Agile/Scrum methodologies to promote continuous improvement and iterative development.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, translating business objectives into technical deliverables. Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope, timeline expectations, and alignment on priorities.
  • Organize and lead regular project meetings, stand-ups, and review sessions to keep all parties informed about development progress, risks, blockers, and changes. Proactively identify and address potential issues to maintain project momentum and stakeholder confidence.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions, contributing to the overall improvement of development standards, performance optimization, and team collaboration.
