Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly skilled N Secure Access & Web Security Manager with deep expertise in secure internet access, private access technologies, proxy architecture, and modern cloud security ecosystems. This is a hands on operational leadership role requiring strong technical command over Zscaler platforms, AI-powered security tools, NAC, web filtering, and firewall compliance in high-traffic, enterprise-grade environments.
The ideal candidate is a hardcore operations professional with the ability to manage complex ITSM flows, maintain user satisfaction, lead both on role and off role teams, and consistently perform under high pressure with emotional steadiness.
Duties And Responsibilities
A- Minimum required Accountabilities for this role
Zscaler & Cloud Security Operations
- Manage and administer Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) including policy management, SSL inspection, URL filtering, bandwidth control, and threat protection.
- Lead operations for Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) for secure internal application access.
- Manage ZDX (Zscaler Digital Experience) for proactive performance monitoring, RCA, service behavior insights, and optimization.
- Generate and analyze Zscaler reports for usage, threat insights, policy violations, and capacity management.
- Oversee browser isolation policies and threat control.
- Maintain and refine Web DLP configurations to prevent data leakage and ensure compliance.
Network Access Control (NAC) & Proxy Security
- Manage end to end NAC operations, onboarding/offboarding, posture assessment, and network segmentation controls.
- Operate enterprise proxy platforms ensuring secure outbound web access, authentication, SSL decrypt, and logging.
- Enforce URL and web filtering policies aligned with security standards and business needs.
AI-Driven Network Security
- Handle operations and governance of AI-based public security tools, including anomaly detection, behavioral insights, and automated risk scoring.
- Manage and maintain AI-enhanced firewall operations, including compliance checks, rule optimization, audit preparation, and zero-trust enforcement.
Operational Leadership & Team Management
- Lead on role and off role teams, ensuring clear responsibilities, workload balancing, and high-quality delivery.
- Build strong team discipline through process adherence, reviews, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Drive operational excellence through mentoring, coaching, and enforcing standards.
ITSM Ownership & Service Delivery
- Lead Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request flows using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow / Remedy.
- Ensure strict TAT compliance, SLA adherence, and transparent communication with users.
- Manage and lead major incident calls, war rooms, and post-incident reviews with confidence and emotional maturity.
- Maintain high user satisfaction through responsive operations and clear communication.
Compliance, Audit & Process Improvement
- Drive continuous process improvement in network security operations, including automation, reporting maturity, and policy enhancement.
- Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC, internal audit, regulatory).
- Conduct rigorous reviews of change plans, firewall rules, Zscaler policies, NAC profiles, and incident logs.
- Prepare periodic compliance reports, dashboards, and operational insights.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Qualifications
- Post Graduates with relevant experience of 4-6 years
- Work Experience
Technical Skills
- Strong hands on experience with Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX.
- Expertise in Web DLP, browser isolation, proxy, and secure web gateway operations.
- Deep knowledge of NAC technologies (Aruba ClearPass / Cisco ISE / equivalent).
- Strong understanding of AI-powered security platforms, ML threat indicators, and AI driven firewall frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills for logs, reports, trends, and RCA.
- Sound knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, SSL, routing, segmentation.
