Job Description

Position: Senior Director - Supply Chain and Commercials (GCC)

Define and drive the strategic vision across supply chain, commercial, and operational support functions.
Lead and oversee multi-functional teams spanning supply chain, customer service, sales operations, and related areas to ensure seamless service delivery.
Partner with global stakeholders to align capabilities with evolving business priorities and enable long-term growth.
Drive operational excellence through process optimization, KPI development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strengthen supply chain and commercial processes including order-to-cash, customer service, and sales operations.
Identify opportunities to expand and transition new capabilities into the capability center.
Build strong stakeholder relationships globally and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Lead talent development, succession planning, and capability building across teams.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and adherence to best practices across functions.

The Successful Applicant

Senior Director - Supply Chain and Commercials (GCC) : A successful candidate should have

15-20+ years of experience in global operations, shared services, or multi-functional leadership roles.
Proven experience managing large, cross-functional teams and leading senior leaders.
Strong expertise in supply chain, commercial operations, customer service, and related business processes.
Demonstrated ability to drive transformation, process improvement, and capability expansion.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working in global, matrixed environments.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and change management skills.
Experience building and scaling capabilities in an offshore or global capability center environment.
Exceptional leadership presence, communication skills, and ability to influence at senior levels.
