Senior Director, Service Offer Management – Managed Network & Security Services

Role Overview

The Senior Director, Service Offer Management – Managed Network & Security Services plays a critical role in shaping the Managed Services Networking business strategy. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing specific Managed Network & Security Service Offers throughout their lifecycle. The role involves ensuring service offerings are market-relevant, competitive, and aligned with NTT DATA's global strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Market Insights

  • Own and drive the global strategy for Managed Network & Security Service Offers.
  • Conduct market research to ensure offerings remain competitive and relevant.
  • Identify and quantify new market opportunities for service development.

2. Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Development

  • Define the MVP scope for new service offerings and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Technical Architecture & Operations teams to assess feasibility.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and pricing assessment.
  • Validate MVP through engagement with regional teams and clients.

3. Service Offer Development & Launch

  • Oversee the industrialization of new services, including:
  • Creation of technical documentation, pricing models, and training materials.
  • Alignment with NTT DATA's group pricing strategy.
  • Defining service inclusions, limitations, and market fit.
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) enablement, ensuring successful regional adoption.

4. Lifecycle Management & Performance Monitoring

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of Service Offers, including enhancements and retirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to track market adoption.
  • Conduct post-launch assessments, customer satisfaction analysis, and win-loss reviews.
  • Optimize service profitability through cost analysis and strategic improvements.

5. Pricing Strategy & Financial Oversight

  • Work with Finance & Commercial teams to determine optimal pricing.
  • Develop and maintain product-pricing models and promotional strategies.

6. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships across NTT DATA's global, regional, and country teams.
  • Act as an offer champion, engaging with clients, vendor partners, and industry events.
  • Gather regional feedback to shape future product strategies.

7. Sales & Business Development Support

  • Work closely with regional sales teams to support client opportunities.
  • Assist in qualifying and closing deals for new Service Offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Business Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of Managed Network & Security Services.
  • Experience in Service Offer Management, Pre-Sales, or Solution Architecture.
  • Understanding of product lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and cost modeling.
  • Expertise in networking, cybersecurity, and managed IT services.
  • Ability to translate market insights into actionable service strategies.

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Strong strategic decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive product adoption.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proven track record in collaboration across global teams.
