Job Summary
Job Summary As the Senior Director for the Global Technical Services Scale Team, you will lead a global team of Professional Services Consultants dedicated to guiding customers through their post-sales network security and Zero Trust journey. You will be responsible for the successful delivery and deployment of Palo Alto Networks solutions worldwide, solidifying our position as the cybersecurity partner of choice. Key Responsibilities Define the long-term vision and execute a hyper-growth strategy to scale the Global Scale Team's delivery capacity and capabilities. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity engagements, ensuring exceptional quality standards and rapid time-to-value for customers. Build a culture that attracts, develops, and retains top-tier engineering and consulting talent, particularly in India, fostering an environment of innovation and inclusion. Act as the primary liaison between the India-based team and Global Technical Services leadership, ensuring seamless integration into global account strategies. Champion a data-driven, automation-first mindset to streamline delivery workflows, code generation, and testing processes. Collaborate with the Technical Services leadership team to define and execute the overall delivery strategy and associated strategic objectives. Partner with key stakeholders, including regional teams, PMO, and Services Sales, to drive organizational goals for revenue, margin, efficiency, and automation.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications 15+ years of professional experience, with at least 7+ years in a senior leadership role (Senior Director/VP level) within a Global Professional Services, System Integrator (SI), or Global Capability Center (GCC) environment. Proven track record of managing large-scale global delivery organizations (300+ headcount) with P&L or cost-center accountability. Deep understanding of the cybersecurity and Zero Trust ecosystem, including Network Security, Cloud Security, and Threat Intelligence. Experience setting up a delivery center from scratch or leading a significant expansion phase (0 to 1 and 1 to 100). Extensive experience leading culturally diverse teams, with specific experience managing teams in India. Solid financial acumen with experience managing a P&L of $10M+. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading an organization through a transformation from Time & Material (T&M) to Managed Services or Fixed-Fee outcome-based delivery models. Demonstrable experience building high-performing, engaged teams where talent is fully utilized. Experience working in a highly matrixed global environment, influencing stakeholders across different time zones without direct authority. Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills, with a focus on upholding the mission of Palo Alto Networks.
