About The Role
We're hiring a
Senior Director - Product Management to lead consumer healthcare products that materially improve user outcomes. You will own product strategy and execution end-to-enddiscovery to scalewhile building a strong PM team and partnering closely with Design, Engineering, Data, Clinical/Medical, Operations, and Growth.
A defining expectation is
rapid prototyping using modern AI tools to compress the idea-to-insight loop: validate workflows, UX, copy, and onboarding, and translate learning into shipped product.
What You'll Do
- Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a consumer healthcare product areabalancing user needs, clinical integrity, and business goals
- Lead the full lifecycle: problem discovery MVP launch iteration scale
- Build and manage a small team (2-3 PMs/APMs): coaching, goal-setting, execution quality, and product craft
- Partner with Design & Engineering to deliver delightful, reliable, and scalable experiences with strong attention to UX and performance
- Collaborate with Clinical/Medical, Compliance, and Operations to ensure solutions are safe, responsible, and feasible in real-world care delivery
- Drive data-informed decisions: define north-star metrics and KPIs (activation, engagement, retention, conversion, care journey completion, etc.)
- Establish strong product rituals: discovery cadence, PRDs/specs, sprint outcomes, release planning, incident learnings, and stakeholder updates
- Run experiments and improve conversion/retention across funnels (onboarding, scheduling, adherence, follow-ups, reactivation)
- Prototype quickly using AI to test concepts before investing engineering time:
- Clickable UX flows, journeys, and microcopy
- Onboarding and nudges
- AI-assisted demos / concierge prototypes
- Rapid user testing assets and experiment variants
Must-Have Qualifications
- 8-10 years of product management experience, including 3+ years owning consumer-facing products (B2C/prosumer)
- Strong track record of shipping products with measurable impact (growth, retention, engagement, revenue, or outcomes)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Strong prototyping skills, including use of modern AI tools (e.g., Figma, Framer, v0, Cursor, Replit, ChatGPT/Claude, etc.) to build and test ideas rapidly
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication - can drive alignment, tradeoffs, and crisp decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building in healthcare/health tech (consumer health, care journeys, telehealth, diagnostics, chronic care, etc.)
- Understanding of healthcare nuances: trust, privacy, safety, clinical quality, ops constraints
- Familiarity with compliance concepts relevant to consumer healthcare products (data privacy, consent, medical content reviewdepending on your environment)
- Strength in growth loops and funnel optimization for consumer products (activation habit retention)

Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in product management with a focus on growth in a tech or consumer-tech environment
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity
- Prior experience should be in consumer-facing companies; candidates with a background in B2B SaaS will not be considered
- Demonstrated experience in startup environments, specifically in building products from the ground up (0 1) and scaling them further (1 10, ideally 1 100 or beyond)
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively push back when needed and work closely with leaders and founders
- B.Tech / MBA from a top college is a bonus
- Healthcare/healthtech background is a bonus
