Key Responsibilities
20+ years of professional experience in leading end to end physical implementation of complex SOC programs across advanced technology nodes.
- Experience in strategic planning, execution ownership, methodology development and building high performance physical design teams.
- Strong expertise in:
- Floor planning & Power Planning
- MCMM timing closure.
- IR/EM and reliability signoff
- DRC/LVS signoff
- Advanced node implementation challenges
- Experience in large SOC (>100M instances).
- Deep Understanding of low power architecture and multi voltage domains.
- Need strong leadership & Business skills:
- Strong executive communication skills
- Budget and resource planning
- Customer engagement and escalation handling
- Strategic decision-making capabilities
- Ability to manage distributed/global teams.
