Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and scale a 50+ member engineering organization across multiple product teams, with rapid year-on-year growth.

Own engineering execution, delivery cadence, quality, and release predictability across the product portfolio.

Build and develop Engineering Managers and Tech Leads, establishing strong career paths and leadership depth.

Foster a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

Own technical execution across flagship platforms including cloud cost visibility, governance, optimization, and AI-driven FinOps solutions.

Drive delivery across billing engines, analytics platforms, multi-cloud integrations, and Kubernetes optimization solutions.

Partner closely with Product, Architecture, and Business leadership to align engineering roadmaps with business objectives.

Requirements

Experience

12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years leading large engineering teams (30+ members).

Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise-grade SaaS platforms.

Strong hands-on background with Java / Spring Boot microservices at scale.

Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS mandatory; Azure/GCP preferred).

Exposure to data-intensive platforms, analytics systems, or financial/billing domains.
