Senior Director – Analytics Delivery

Job Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

• Own end-to-end execution of multiple medium to large-scale analytics programs
• Ensure high-quality, timely, and scalable delivery across projects
• Drive solutioning from problem definition to implementation

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Engage with senior stakeholders (Director/VP level)
• Lead strategic discussions and present data-driven solutions
• Build long-term, trusted client relationships

Solutioning & Consulting

• Translate business problems into analytics use cases
• Design and present actionable insights and strategies
• Collaborate with SMEs and CoEs to deliver best-in-class solutions

Team & Capability Building

• Lead and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams
• Drive team productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture

Delivery Excellence & Metrics

• Maintain strong focus on client satisfaction (NPS)
• Ensure delivery excellence across quality, timelines, and business impact
• Establish governance frameworks and best practices

Required Skills

Technical & Functional

• Strong background in Data Engineering, Data Science, or Business Analytics
• Experience managing complex analytics programs end-to-end
• Ability to bridge technical solutions with business outcomes

Experience & Education

• 12+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or delivery leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics/Computer Science or equivalent qualification
