Senior Director, Marketing Communications and Sales Enablement Enterprise Business Services

The Senior Director, Marketing Communications and Sales Enablement Enterprise Business Services is a global leadership role responsible for leading, representing and scaling Aon's Marketing and Communications (MarComm), Sales Enablement and Marketing Operations by leveraging the capability across the Global Capability Center network. The role is based in Bangalore and dual reports to the Head of Global Capability Centers and Global Chief Strategic Marketing Officer.

This role is accountable for delivering high-quality, scalable and commercially impactful marketing, communications and sales enablement support across Aon's global and regional MarComm function. The successful candidate will oversee multidisciplinary teams and embed the GCC as a strategic extension of Aon's global and regional Marketing, Communications and Sales organisations, and will play a pivotal role in enabling business growth, operational excellence, and talent development.

This leader will ensure that the MarComm & Sales Enablement GCC delivers consistently against service levels and quality standards, while building strong partnerships with Aon's marketing, communications and sales teams across the global MarComm and Sales organizations, APAC, EMEA, LatAm, North America and Reinsurance Solutions MarComm teams. It is an exciting opportunity to drive capability, develop talent, and embed the GCC as an integral part of Aon's marketing, communication and sales ecosystem.

This is an important leadership role in enabling Aon's growth agenda - strengthening brand, supporting client engagement, accelerating sales execution and building a world-class marketing capability at scale.
