Designation: Senior Director - Investor Relations
Office Location: Gurgaon
Position Description:
To provide anchoring support in strategic planning as well as lead the investor relations of Affle (India) Limited that is counted among top 300 public listed companies in India.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the Company's relationships with institutional investors and sell-side equity analysts.
- Responsible for managing quarterly earnings presentations, financial releases, and conference calls.
- Schedule and participate with top management in investor roadshows, analyst/investor conferences and 1x1 investor meets.
- Analyze and present share price trends, shareholding analysis, and competitive intelligence reports
- Help prepare the Company's Annual Reports.
- Member of ESG working team to drive sustainability initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Additional responsibilities may include supporting the Corporate Communication/Media Relations function or M&A Deal Sourcing / Investment profiling as and when required.
Required Skills:
- 8-15 years of experience in managing investor relations of a public listed company.
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and valuation techniques
- CA or MBA/PGDM/MS in Finance
- High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to draft impactful messages for the investors.
