Key Responsibilities:
Business & Account Management:
- Manage the business and deliver the service proposition to clients
- Oversee full end-to-end management of the business for individual clients
- Ensure seamless delivery and profitability of client accounts
Relationship Management:
- Own and maintain client relationships according to the defined relationship strategy
- Proactively identify client development opportunities, including cross-sell and upsell possibilities
- Drive commercial and service ownership within client relationships
Team Leadership:
- Manage, motivate, and develop the team in alignment with client objectives and culture
- Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with client goals
