Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Trivandrum. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, analyzing web analytics, enhancing online marketing strategies, and ensuring effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also contribute to optimizing brand visibility, website performance, and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Web Analytics
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content creation and platform management
- Strong communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) is a plus
- Ability to manage and analyze campaign performance metrics to drive data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role within the digital marketing industry is an advantage
