Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Executive – Lead Generation

Role Overview:

We are seeking a result-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive – Lead Generation to drive high-quality leads and improve lead-to-conversion ratios. The role focuses on performance marketing, SEO, AI-driven strategies, and B2B digital channels to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search & Performance Max) for lead generation
• Run and manage LinkedIn Ads targeting industrial and B2B audiences
• Continuously optimize campaigns to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL)
• Improve landing page conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization
• Execute and monitor SEO strategies (On-page, Technical SEO, Keyword Planning)
• Drive organic traffic and increase organic lead generation
• Manage and optimize IndiaMART and other B2B platforms
• Track and analyze performance using GA4, conversion tracking, and analytics tools
• Collaborate with the pre-sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Leverage AI tools for ad copy creation, keyword research, campaign insights, and optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing & SEO
• Proven success in B2B lead generation campaigns
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels and customer journeys
• Hands-on expertise in On-page SEO, Technical SEO & Keyword Research
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation & analytics tools)
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven, ROI-focused mindset

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in Industrial / Manufacturing marketing is an added advantage
• Highly target-oriented with a strong focus on ROI and performance metrics
