Job Description

  • Increase our online exposure and consequential website traffic with qualified leads by running all aspects of SEO, SEM, Social and Paid Social
  • Recommend different types of content, based on subject and key words to establish a solid base of thought leadership and demand generation
  • Work with the Web team to drive on-site SEO optimization and provide relevant back links to other high authority sites
  • Build and ramp the ZINFI social platforms
  • Grow our YouTube, Bright TALK and Vimeo presence by working with our creative team to build thought provoking, stimulating video
  • Deliver promotional plans to optimize all content, establishing ourselves as industry experts
  • Work with our customers to create and promote a customer-first social campaign that leverages the voice of the customer
  • Plan and execute 3+ social posts per week while working with executives to establish multiple voices in the company
  • Recommend appropriate measurement criteria for digital marketing programs and deliver effective reports to show effectiveness of activities including, pay-per-click (PPC), LinkedIn and Google analytics to optimize online marketing spend.
  • Oversee online advertising program through LinkedIn, Roll works and Google, including the creation and execution of campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Ensure timely implementation of project deliverables; effectively oversee project milestones, resources, and priorities.
Experience:
  • 5+years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on analytics
  • SEO expertise and solid understanding of Google Environment
  • Experience with digital paid marketing programs, specifically PPC and LinkedIn
  • Understand of marketing databases, metrics, and reporting
  • Experience optimizing Web site for SEO
  • Understand and experience with reporting tools and methodologies
  • Deep working knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush), Social Management and employee amplification technology
  • Understand the appropriate content for relevant programs
  • BA or BS in Marketing or related field
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
