Circled Advisory is a premium real estate advisory firm building Circle Plus Bangalore's first invite-only, private listing platform for luxury homes. We're a small, sharp team of 7 on a mission to redefine how luxury real estate is sold and experienced.

We've closed marquee transactions and are now scaling our luxury brand and digital presence. This isn't a conventional brokerage setup this is a fast-moving, all-hands startup where marketing, supply, content, and client-relations teams work in sync to drive demand, brand authority, and inbound leads.

Location: Bangalore HBR Layout

Experience: 35 years in digital marketing or performance-led roles, preferably in real estate, luxury, lifestyle, or agency environments

What You'll Do

Own digital demand generation through ads and hands-on creative execution.

Build campaigns that don't just reduce CPL, but improve lead quality and inbound demand.

Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta & Google

Own campaign structure, targeting, budgets, and optimisation

Create and iterate ad creatives (static + video) execution-focused, not design-heavy

Test hooks, formats, and creative angles weekly

Work within brand guidelines to maintain a premium look

Translate listings and sales feedback into ad ideas

Track performance metrics like CTR, CPL, and lead quality

Move fast this role is hands-on, execution-heavy, and outcome-driven

Who You Are

35 years of hands-on experience in digital or performance marketing

Comfortable independently running Meta & Google ads end-to-end

Working (intermediate) skills in static design and video editing

You've personally created ad creatives, even if you're not a designer

Strong understanding of how creative impacts performance

Think like a marketer first, creator second

Independent, decisive, and execution-focused

Comfortable working on Saturdays

Work Location: Co-working space in North Bangalore (near Manyata, HBR Layout)

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM 7 PM
