We are currently hiring for a Senior Growth & Revenue Leader D2C role for a fast-growing, trust-led supplements brand.
This is a high-ownership leadership position reporting directly to the Founder, with complete responsibility for driving D2C revenue across Shopify and marketplaces.

Role Overview:
This is a business leadership role not a channel-specific marketing position. The selected candidate will own end-to-end growth, revenue, and unit economics.
Key Responsibilities:
Own D2C revenue P&L across Shopify and marketplaces
Manage CAC, LTV, payback, margins, and contribution
Plan and allocate growth budgets across performance, brand, and partnerships
Lead performance marketing, SEO, CRO, lifecycle, and retention
Drive marketplace and channel diversification growth
Lead influencer, affiliate, and partnership-led acquisition
Improve repeat purchase rates and lifecycle revenue
Own cohort analysis, pricing, bundling, and replenishment strategy
Build and lead a high-performing Growth & Marketing team
Requirements:
812+ years in growth, marketing, or commercial leadership roles
Experience owning D2C e-commerce revenue
Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, cohorts, and unit economics
Proven experience scaling Shopify-based D2C brands
Experience in wellness, supplements, FMCG, or health-adjacent categories
Preferred:
Amazon/marketplace experience
Subscription or replenishment-led product experience
Influencer, affiliate, or partnership-led growth experience
