We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Executive for one of our EdTech clients, responsible for driving high-quality lead generation through organic and paid digital marketing channels. The role involves hands-on execution, team handling, and strategic ownership of student acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive organic lead generation through SEO, content optimization, and website/landing page improvements.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to achieve CPL, CPA, and ROAS targets.
- Manage social media marketing activities, including organic content strategy and paid social campaigns for lead acquisition and brand visibility.
- Handle and guide the digital marketing team; allocate tasks, review performance, and ensure timely achievement of goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate competitor strategies, keywords, ad creatives, messaging, and positioning; identify opportunities to improve lead performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using GA4, ad platform dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with content, design, sales, and client stakeholders to align digital campaigns with enrollment and business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices specific to the EdTech and education sector.
Required Qualifications:
- 67 years of experience in digital marketing with strong expertise in organic and paid lead generation.
- Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid media platforms.
- Prior experience working with EdTech or education clients is preferred.
- Proven experience in team handling and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong analytical mindset and performance optimization skills.
