Job Overview
The Sr. Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and managing digital marketing initiatives across platforms to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of SEO/SEM, paid marketing, analytics, and content strategy, with proven experience in leading campaigns that deliver measurable growth.
Tasks & Activities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Plan and optimize paid ad campaigns for lead generation while maintaining cost efficiency and ROI.
- Oversee content research and planning for digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience preferences.
- Manage and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Search Console.
- Work closely with design and content teams to ensure consistency in brand communication.
- Continuously explore new digital tools, trends, and platforms to enhance strategy effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns through all phases - strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Create and monitor marketing dashboards, KPIs, and reports for stakeholders.
- Supervise and guide team members in campaign execution and optimization.
- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand presence and audience growth across all digital platforms.
- Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 45 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.
- Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Analytics Tools.
- Excellent understanding of campaign performance metrics, data analysis, and lead management.
- Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Creative, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in B2B marketing and growth-driven strategies.
- Familiarity with content design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
