Job Description

Position: Senior Digital Marketing Executive / Team Lead

Location: Noida

Experience: 3–6 Years

Salary : 25k to 40k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Drive lead generation and revenue-focused campaigns, especially in B2B segment
  • Manage and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring performance and growth
  • Handle and manage all social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with consistent branding
  • Plan and oversee content creation strategy including posts, reels, ad creatives, and captions and YouTube.
  • Coordinate with designers/video editors for high-quality creatives
  • Ensure regular posting, engagement, and audience growth across platforms
  • Take ownership of website management and development coordination
  • Work on website updates, landing pages, and basic changes (WordPress or similar CMS)
  • Coordinate with developers for advanced changes, tracking codes, and integrations
  • Ensure proper SEO structure, page speed, and user experience optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for better ROI
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion ratio
  • Maintain reports, dashboards, and present actionable insights to management
  • Website and amazon account handeling.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing (PPC, SEM, paid ads)
  • Proven experience in team handling / leadership role
  • Experience in content planning, social media handling, and brand communication
  • Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress/CMS), landing page tools, and tracking setup (Pixel, GTM, etc.)
  • Understanding of SEO, UI/UX basics, and conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
