Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Role Description The Senior Digital Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, and email to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will analyze performance using web analytics tools, optimize campaigns based on data insights, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include managing social media calendars, overseeing content creation for web and digital platforms, coordinating with design and development teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The role also includes staying updated on industry trends, testing new growth strategies, and contributing to overall marketing strategy and client success.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills, with experience in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights clearly.
• Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills to support the creation of effective, on-brand digital content.
• Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing (typically 3–5+ years), preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of major digital platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, marketing automation platforms).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
