Role Overview

Revigro Marketing is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive Performance Marketing who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The candidate will focus on lead generation, campaign performance, and ROI optimization while working closely with internal teams to deliver effective digital marketing solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across multiple client accounts.
  • Develop and implement media plans, including platform selection, audience strategy, budgeting, and campaign timelines.
  • Manage lead generation campaigns with a strong focus on improving lead quality, reducing CPL, and maximizing ROI.
  • Handle end-to-end campaign management, including audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion optimization to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven insights and reports.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and performance marketing best practices.
  • Prepare and present campaign reports, insights, and optimization recommendations to internal teams or clients.
  • Support and guide junior team members in campaign execution and optimization.

Requirements

  • 24 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
  • Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
  • Good understanding of media planning, audience targeting, and campaign strategy.
  • Solid understanding of lead funnels, conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with campaign reporting, insights generation, and optimization strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
