About the Role

We are hiring a Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist who will primarily focus on driving SEO performance (80% of the role) along with managing social media activities and client communication (20%). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, paired with basic social media execution and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Core SEO Responsibilities (80%)

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages

Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, schema, internal links, image optimization)

Execute off-page strategies (link-building, outreach, guest posts, PR, directories)

Perform regular site audits using SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog

Track rankings, traffic, and user behavior via GA4 and Google Search Console

Improve site health, crawlability, and overall performance

Prepare monthly SEO performance reports

Social Media & Client Coordination (20%)

Manage and schedule basic content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X

Coordinate with content and design teams for digital assets

Track engagement metrics and share monthly performance summaries

Maintain consistent brand communication

Interact with clients for updates, requirement gathering, and performance discussions

Share weekly and monthly reports with clients

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 4 years of hands-on SEO experience

Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog

Basic understanding of social media management

Strong communication and client-handling abilities

Good analytical and reporting skills
