Key Responsibilities
- Design and publish social media creatives using Canva and other tools
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns on Facebook (Meta Ads) and Google Ads
- Monitor and optimize performance marketing campaigns for better ROI
- Support WhatsApp marketing campaigns, bulk messaging, and lead follow-up automation
- Create and manage AI chatbots and basic automation funnels for client campaigns
- Assist in calling support / lead nurturing process using CRM or calling solutions
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead tracking and conversion improvement
- Prepare basic campaign performance reports and daily activity updates
