Job Description

Duck Learning is a leading provider of STEAM and robotics education solutions, helping schools and students learn through play and innovation. With offices in Singapore and India, we represent world-class brands such as LEGO Education, Strawbees, and more inspiring young minds to think, create, and solve real-world problems.

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive based in Mumbai to manage and grow the online presence of both Duck Learning Singapore and Duck Learning India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow the social media accounts of Duck Learning Singapore and Duck Learning India across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Oversee and maintain our websites and online stores, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with each market's goals.
  • Coordinate and manage product listings and promotions on external marketplaces and partner webstores.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation across both countries.
  • Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging.
  • Track, analyse, and report campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with internal teams, designers, and external vendors to deliver effective digital content and assets.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in education, technology, and e-commerce.

  • Requirements
    • 35 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in education, edtech, or consumer products.
    • Proven experience managing social media channels, websites, and e-commerce platforms.
    • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
    • Hands-on experience with Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
    • Strong communication and writing skills in English.
    • Creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven approach to marketing.

  • Preferred but not mandatory
    • Experience working with schools or educational brands.
    • Basic skills in graphic design or video editing (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).

    Reporting & Work Arrangement
    • Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
    • Work Arrangement: Hybrid a balance of remote work and in-office collaboration at our Mumbai office.
