We are seeking aresults-driven Digital Marketing Managerto spearhead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bringdeep expertise in Meta and Google Ads, paired with strong leadership capabilities to guide a dynamic team of marketers, designers, and content creators. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns acrossMeta (Facebook, Instagram)andGoogle Ads(Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) to maximize ROI.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team ofdigital marketers, content creators, and designersto deliver cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and budget allocation.
  • OverseeSEO, SEMandsocial media marketingto boost organic and paid traffic.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation based on performance metrics.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and evolving consumer behaviors to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

  • Minimum2+ years of hands-on experiencewith Meta Ads and Google Ads across multiple formats.
  • Proficiency inGoogle Analytics,Meta Business Suite, and other performance tracking tools.
  • Solid understanding ofSEO, SEM, email marketing, andsocial media strategy.
  • Experience withA/B testing,conversion rate optimization (CRO), andcustomer journey mapping.
