Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven and creative Senior Digital Marketing Executive with 35 years of hands-on experience to strengthen our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO, SMO, content strategy, and performance marketing, along with the ability to independently plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that enhance brand visibility and lead generation in the IT/Technology space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Own and manage company presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals, including blogs, social posts, case studies, and campaign creatives.
  • Ideate, script, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, Stories, Shorts) using tools such as Canva, InShot, or similar platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
  • Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with design, tech, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign alignment.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities, and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Support lead generation and B2B marketing initiatives for IT services and solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

35 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the IT / Technology or B2B domain.

Strong hands-on experience with SEO, social media management, and paid campaigns.

Excellent content writing, storytelling, and content planning skills.

Solid understanding of analytics, tracking tools, and performance metrics.

Basic to intermediate video editing skills with a creative mindset.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

Experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) will be preferred.

Exposure to marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead nurturing.

Passion for experimenting with new content formats, trends, and social media innovations.
