About the opportunity:

Job Description:

Reporting : Sr. Graphic Designer

Experience - 5 yrs

Mode: Full-Time

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Produce a wide range of visual applications across various platforms and media types, including but not limited to: web, social, video, radio, print, billboards, banner ads, mobile an presentations
  • Ensure work adheres to brand/style guidelines
  • Generate ideas for the best way to tell visual stories based on audience, channel, and client goals
  • Work closely with art directors, integrated team (e.g., PR)
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Be open to feedback and adapt to direction (while confidently outlining the rationale and choices that back your work)
  • Understand and refresh knowledge of client's business and goals
  • Proactively propose content and creative ideas
  • Be able to consolidate, articulate, communicate and present creative ideas to clients in persuasive and easy-to-comprehend way
  • Meet deadlines and proactively communicate if an extension is needed
  • Mentor junior designers and other creatives

Skills:

  • Ability to consolidate, communicate and persuasively present creative ideas to clients
  • Team management
  • Visual design with experience across applications
  • Studied in various design techniques and able to apply them to interesting, exciting and engaging marketing materials
  • Able to apply sound design principles
  • Be able to work under pressure and proactively manage time
  • Have knowledge of social media trends, understand the tenants of engaging content creation, know social media platform best practices, and be interested in solving advertising/marketing problems and building brands
  • Collaborate and take/give direction effectively in a teaming culture
