Responsibilities:

Work with a global team of leaders and engineers across the US, Canada, and India.
Build and maintain a resilient, secure, and efficient SaaS application platform meeting SLAs.
Automate deployment, monitoring, management, and incident response.
Monitor site stability and performance, troubleshoot site issues, and scale infrastructure to meet growing demand.
Manage cross-functional requirements and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Services, and other teams.
Collaborate with developers to bring new features and services into production.
Develop and improve operational practices and procedures.
