Job Description

Work as a key member of the Infrastructure and Platform Services team supporting the Identity Security Cloud platform.
Implement and operate global customer-facing SaaS infrastructure in collaboration with Engineering, Product, Services, and other departments.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide operational support for the platform.
Implement and maintain operational security for SailPoint products, including securing containerized applications.
Collaborate with developers to securely deploy new features and services into production.
Develop and improve operational practices, procedures, and automation for infrastructure and security tasks.
Proactively meet information security and compliance standards (ISO, SOC, SSAE 16, etc.).
Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and security issues in a 24x7 production environment.
Work with cybersecurity teams to meet SLAs for vulnerability and misconfiguration remediation.
Own and execute security improvement projects, becoming a subject matter expert in operational security.
