Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring 99.9% uptime for Yellow. AI infrastructure and APIs.
Troubleshooting and resolving production issues, working with the Platform Engineering team for the same.
Development of internal tools/scripts for automation of various tasks.
Responsible for the build and deployment of packages into various environments, including production.
Fixing issues related to Infra and highlighting long-term issues to the product team and getting them prioritised.

Requirements

Minimum 8+ years of experience working on large-scale systems.
Good experience with Linux.
Hands-on experience in scripting using Python/bash, or any other scripting language.
Good experience of using monitoring tools like Prometheus/Newrelic/Jaegaer/Sentry, etc.
Experience of working with databases like MongoDB/PostGREsql/MySQL.
Experience of working with ElasticSearch and Kafka.
Experience of working with Kubernetes.
Experience with any of the major public clouds, i. e, AWS/Azure/GCP.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform is a plus.
Knowledge of Nodejs is a big plus.
Deeply passionate about technology and keeping the systems and your knowledge updated.
Eager to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment for a quickly growing company.
Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
Flexible to work in shifts and take on-call.
