Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior DevOps Engineer for an on-site role at our Pune location. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. You will ensure smooth deployment pipelines, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability. This role also includes automation of operational processes, collaboration with software development teams, and driving continuous integration and deployment practices.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Proven experience in Software Development and Continuous Integration workflows.
• Strong System Administration skills, including server management and optimization.
• Proficiency in Linux systems with a deep understanding of its ecosystem.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a strong advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex infrastructure and software issues efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate technical information effectively.

Must-Have Skills

• 7–11 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering

• Strong hands-on experience with Python automation

• Expert knowledge of YAML for Kubernetes manifests, GitHub Actions, and Ansible playbooks

• Strong scripting skills in Bash

• Hands-on Linux administration experience on RHEL / Ubuntu

• Strong experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory

• Strong Azure cloud experience

• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible

• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog

• Understanding of DevSecOps, Shift Left Security, SAST, DAST, and SCA

• Experience integrating SonarQube into CI/CD pipelines

• Docker and Kubernetes experience
