Your tasks
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate deployment processes. Continuously improve the pipeline to increase efficiency and effectiveness, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions. Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing and deployment strategies into the software development lifecycle. Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools using advanced Python knowledge to improve operational efficiency and system performance. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance reliability and scalability. Ensure security best practices are followed in all aspects of infrastructure and deployment. Mentor and provide guidance to junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Mandatory Skills 10+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role, with a strong focus on CI/CD practices. Proficiency in Jenkins and GitLab for continuous integration, deployment, and version control. Advanced knowledge of Python, including object-oriented programming, and experience with additional programming languages and scripting. Familiarity with ticket management systems such as Jira, RTC, or similar tools for project management and issue tracking. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on teamwork. Nice to have Experience with AI technologies and their application in DevOps processes
