About the RolePinnacle Seven is looking for an experiencedSenior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Leadwho bringsstrong Azure cloud expertisealong withdeep hands-on experience in Databricks. This role will support cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and AI-driven solutions. The candidate should also have leadership experience and strong communication skills to work with global stakeholders.
Databricks Platform- Deploy, manage, and optimizeDatabricks workspaces, clusters, jobs, and workflows.
- ManageDatabricks security, access controls, and data governance(Unity Catalog preferred).
- Build and maintainCI/CD pipelines for Databricks notebooks, jobs, and workflows.
- Monitor Databricks workloads and optimize performance and cost.
- Support data engineering and AI/ML teams using Databricks.
DevOps & Leadership- Build and manageCI/CD pipelinesfor applications and data platforms.
- Work withDocker and Kubernetesfor containerized workloads.
- UseAI-assisted toolssuch asCursorto improve development and DevOps productivity.
- Monitor systems, handle incidents, and lead root cause analysis.
- Lead and mentor DevOps engineers, plan work, and review outputs.
- Communicate effectively withoverseas clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience- 6-10 years of relevant DevOps experience.
- Strong hands-on experience withMicrosoft Azure(mandatory).
- Strong hands-on experience withDatabricks(mandatory).
- Experience withCI/CD tools(Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Experience withDocker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency inInfrastructure as Code(Terraform preferred).
- Good understanding ofLinux, networking, monitoring, and security.
- Exposure toAI/ML and data platforms.
- Excellent communication skills(verbal and written).
- Proventeam leadership experience.
Good to Have- Azure or Databricks certifications
- AWS Management exposure
- Overseas / onsite / international project experience
- Experience in enterprise-scale or data-intensive platforms
