Senior DevOps
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer who can own the end-to-end DevOps strategy, infrastructure planning, and solution architecture for our client engagements. This role demands a deep understanding of AWS, Azure(GCP exposure a plus), infrastructure as code, and CI/CDcombined with the ability to perform gap analysis, design custom cloud-native architectures, and drive implementation aligned with business goals.

- Own and define DevOps strategy and architecture for multiple client projects

- Evaluate and recommend best-fit tools, platforms, and processes for CI/CD, IAC, containerization, and monitoring
- BuildandguideteamsonInfrastructureasCode(Terraformpreferred)andautomated
provisioning
- Leading the setup and scaling of Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS) and Docker-based microservices
- Integrateobservabilitystacks(e.g.,Prometheus,Grafana,ELK,CloudWatch)
- Drivesecuritybestpractices,costoptimization, and governance policies
- Support pre-sales with solutioning, effort estimation, and proposals when needed
- Mentor DevOps engineers and collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers
Required Skills:
- 5+yearsofDevOpsexperienceincloud-native environments
- Proven experience with both AWS and Azure; GCP exposure is a bonus
- Strong knowledge of Terraform,Kubernetes(EKS,AKS),Docker,andKafka
- Experienced in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Deep understanding of cloud security, cost optimization, and scalable architecture
principles
- Hands-onwithmonitoring/loggingtools(CloudWatch,Prometheus,ELK,Azure Monitor)
- Solidscriptingordevelopmentbackground(Pythonpreferred)
- Strong documentation, presentation, and client communication skills
- Ability to lead DevOps assessments, define DevOps roadmaps, and execute phased delivery
