• We are looking for a Senior Devops Engineer who can build and operate on cloud-native Devops activities, using modern tech, contribute to design discussions, and implement scalable, testable, and automated solutions.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of CI/CD platforms using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or similar.
• Define, implement, and enforce Pipeline-as-Code standards across teams to ensure consistency, auditability, and reliability.
• Drive an automation-first culture, ensuring manual processes are replaced with scalable and repeatable automation wherever possible.
• Design and operate Kubernetes-based platforms for running microservices reliably and securely.
• Own and evolve Infrastructure-as-Code practices using Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud and platform resources.
• Standardize application packaging and deployment using Helm and Kustomize.
• Apply and promote DevOps best practices across build, release, security, observability, and incident management.
• Lead on-premises to cloud migration initiatives with a focus on stability, security, and minimal disruption.
• Define and maintain cloud access management models, including IAM roles, RBAC, secrets management, and least-privilege access.
• Act as a solution-driven engineer, workingclosely with product, architecture, and security teams to design pragmatic and scalable solutions.
• Support production systems through incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term reliability improvements.
• Mentor engineers and uplift overall DevOps and platform maturity across teams.

Your skills and experience

• 7-10 years of experience in DevOps, Platform, or Cloud Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or equivalent platforms.
• Certificates, keys and their management
• Authentication and authorization
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining Pipeline-as-Code.
• Strong experience with Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code and environment provisioning.
• Hands-on experience with Helm and Kustomize for Kubernetes application deployment and configuration management.
• Strong operational experience running Kubernetes in production.
• Deep understanding of DevOps best practices, includingautomation, reliability, security, and continuous improvement.
• Experience on automation of CICD pipelines for cloud based applications
• Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience supporting microservices architectures and cloud platforms.
