Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to lead infrastructure automation initiatives and design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement infrastructure automation projects using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
- Develop and manage automation workflows, runbooks, and playbooks.
- Automate provisioning and configuration across compute, storage, and network environments.
- Implement automation solutions for Cisco ACI networks, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, and DevOps teams.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and reduce manual operations.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of automated environments.
- Troubleshoot automation issues and continuously improve automation frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, and other IaC tools.
- Solid experience in infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of networking concepts, virtualization, and cloud/on-prem environments.
- Experience automating network components such as Cisco ACI, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Proficiency in Linux and scripting (Python, Bash, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
