Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement DevOps and DevSecOps practices across projects and engagements.
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and tools, including Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Bitbucket.
  • Conduct DevSecOps assessments for greenfield and existing technology landscapes.
  • Configure, integrate, and administer pipelines for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and deployment automation.
  • Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze issues, and provide technical solutions.
  • Develop cloud-native workflows and CI/CD tools for microservices, serverless, and distributed applications.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Azure ARM templates, CloudFormation.
  • Administer and monitor cloud and on-premises resources using Grafana, Loki, Tempo, ELK/EFK, and ensure application performance and reliability.
  • Work with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Manage configuration management tools including Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Maven, Gradle, SVN, Git.
  • Support and administer UNIX/Linux servers, JVM-based application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, Glassfish), and cloud resources (Azure compute, storage, functions, web apps).
  • Apply DevSecOps principles, including security in CI/CD, SAST/DAST static code analysis (e.g., SonarQube), and Azure policies.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure Agile practices are followed for planning, testing, deployment, and monitoring activities.
