Role: Senior Developer Relations Engineer | Location: Noida (WFO) / 5 days

Developer Relations Engineer role is a techno-growth role, where you will rely on your tech expertise and communication skills to encourage adoption and utilisation of the Product / Service through developers & programmers, and represent our platform in consumers, and B2B forums.

What will you get to do

• Create impactful technical content, tutorials, and guides to educate and engage the developer community.
• Lead community initiatives including events, conferences, forums, and strategic partnerships to grow ecosystem adoption.
• Support and mentor developers by providing resources, guidance, and hands-on enablement.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape developer-first positioning and global messaging.

Skills & Qualifications/ Roles & Responsibilities:

• 4+ years of experience in developer relations, community building, or similar roles (Web3.0 blockchain background is a plus).
• Strong engagement across developer platforms like GitHub, Medium, Substack, Discord, etc.
• Foundational coding knowledge with practical exposure to blockchain concepts and real-world use cases.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in technical documentation, developer education, and outreach initiatives.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills across channels including social media, forums, conferences, and hackathons.
