Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Automation Tester (Performance & Quality Engineer). The role involves designing and executing both manual and automated test cases, performing quality assurance checks, conducting API testing, and ensuring consistent application performance. The tester will work closely with development teams to identify and address bugs while improving system reliability and functionality through automated processes.

Role Objective:

The Automation Tester will be responsible for improving product quality, release speed, and system performance by implementing automation strategies, validating APIs and workflows, and integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain Python-based automation frameworks.

- Conduct performance, load, and stress testing using JMeter or Locust.

- Perform deep API testing and validation using Postman or automation scripts.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions).

- Execute functional, regression, and release validation testing.

Required Skills:

- Strong foundation in Manual Testing and Python automation scripting.

- Experience with API testing and performance testing tools.

- Understanding of system scalability and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to Docker or containerized environments.
