We are looking for a developer who can build things that work. Not someone who writes code for the sake of it, but someone who understands that every line of code should serve a business goal.

Your primary focus will be building AI-powered systems and tools that support our marketing, sales, and client operations. The scope is broad and evolving, ranging from internal tools and automations to client-facing development work. You will also contribute to development projects for our clients, working within their existing technical teams and processes.

This is not a traditional developer role where you will be given pixel-perfect specs and asked to implement. You will be given problems and expected to figure out the best way to solve them. You will need to think like an operator, not just a coder.

• Build AI-powered systems, automations, and integrations that directly support sales and marketing goals
• Develop tools, workflows, and integrations that improve business operations
• Contribute to client development projects, working within existing teams and following their processes
• Build internal tools, dashboards, and systems as needed
• Prototype and ship quickly, iterating based on real-world feedback
• Own the entire lifecycle of what you build, from concept to deployment to maintenance

• Experienced in Laravel, Laravel Livewire, Blade Templates, PHP Unit, Alpine.js (Vue.js will work), Tailwind CSS. 
• Knowledge of Laravel first-party packages: Cashier, Scout, Horizon, Passport.
• Understanding of Queuing Systems (We use Horizon), Cache, External Indexes (like Algolia, ElasticSearch, etc. We used to use Algolia, now we use Typesense).
• Strong working knowledge of AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) and the ability to integrate them into real products
• Experience building automation workflows, marketing technology, or SaaS products is a strong plus.
• Ability to follow development workflows; ideally you understand Git Flow pretty well and have many years of experience using git.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver without being chased.
• Problem-solving mindset: you see a broken process and you want to fix it, not document it.
• Clear communication skills: you can explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort working across time zones, with primary overlap availability between 7 PM and 11 PM IST for calls and syncs

• This is not a 9-to-5 ticket-closing role. You will be expected to think, not just execute.
• This is not a role where you will work on one narrow thing. You will wear multiple hats.
• This is not a role for someone who needs constant direction. You will be given context and expected to move.
