Skills Required
We are looking for candidates with at least 6-9 years of professional experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Java, JavaScript, NodeJS or other modern programming languages
- Advanced experience with object-oriented programming, common data structures and algorithms
- Experience with SAP BTP, CAP , SAP UI5
- Understanding of modern cloud application development and distributed systems (e. g. with Kubernetes, microservices, Serverless)
- Experience with DevOps, continuous integration and delivery
- Experience with security of cloud applications and willing to coordinate security compliance for the application
- Experience with operating cloud applications in production
- Good degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field (Bachelor / Master)
- Fluent in English (written and verbal), able to communicate ideas and concepts to stakeholders
Good To have
- Proficiency in developing and implementing AI solutions, with a focus on advanced techniques including vector databases, LLMs (Large Language Models), and NLPs (Natural Language Processing).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and other state-of-the-art methodologies.
- Proficiency with the most advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) such as gpt-35-turbo, gpt-4, BARD, Llama, falcon etc.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of AI systems.
- Strong understanding of ethical considerations and best practices in AI development and deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior members of the AI development team.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality AI solutions in a senior or lead developer role.
