- Familiarity with Interface design tools like Figma
- Familiarity with SAP Accessibility product standards
- Experience with Design Thinking and Lean UX methodologies e g workshop facilitation, validation sessions
- Experience in applying UX research methods design of experiments, moderation, note taking, and data synthesis
- Experience with agile software engineering processes (Kanban, Scrum) in the context of enterprise software development
- Business knowledge about the sustainability efforts of enterprise companies
