*Senior Fashion Designer / Product Developer (7–10 Years Experience)*

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Fashion Designer / Product Developer with 7–10 years experience who can independently manage buyer accounts from concept to final sample execution.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Work directly with buyers and manage projects end-to-end.

- Conduct trend and market research to develop commercially viable product concepts.

- Create detailed tech packs, garment sketches, graphics and AOP CADs

- Source fabrics, trims and washes suitable for the product category

- Coordinate with mills, vendors and sampling teams to ensure timely execution

- Oversee sample development from initial concept through final approval.

- Maintain strong communication with buyers and internal teams throughout the development process

- Well-connected with fabric mills, printers and manufacturing vendors across India.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of projects from inception to execution.
