Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Designer to lead the design and development of apparel collections. The candidate will drive creative direction, manage timelines, and ensure designs align with market trends and brand requirements. This role involves close coordination with internal teams, buyers, and vendors to deliver high-quality collections within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design of apparel collections including concept development, trend research, and color stories
- Create, review, and approve sketches, fabrics, trims, and sample developments
- Manage buyer timelines and ensure strict adherence to delivery schedules
- Ensure designs align with brand vision, customer expectations, and market demand
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, marketing, and vendor teams
- Monitor quality standards and oversee final production output
- Support innovation in design while maintaining commercial viability

- Strong expertise in commercial apparel design
- Good understanding of trends, fabrics, silhouettes, and color forecasting
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and buyer expectations
- Strong coordination skills with production teams and vendors
